Anders Blomkvist is one of Justim’s co-founders. Anders has 19 years of experience from the Nordic real estate industry including investment, portfolio management, and development. Prior to founding Justim, Anders was the CEO of Equator Property Development, and has previously held various positions at Niam and Newsec. Anders holds a MSc in real estate from KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
Linda has 20 years of experience from the Swedish real estate industry in various roles. Linda has primarily collaborated with institutional clients, both domestic and international. Linda’s achievements include the initiation and launch of institutional funds, showcasing a strong and proven track record. Linda holds a MSSc and a BA in Business Administration from Uppsala University.
Michael Tiemann is a partner at Justim. Michael has more than 25 years of experience from the financial industry. Prior to joining Justim, Michael was Head of Retail at SBF Fonder, and has previously held various senior positions in banks and boutique investment firms. Michael holds a BA in Business Administration from Stockholm University.
Jonas Wallin is one of Justim´s co-founders. Jonas has 35 years of experience from the financial sector, management consulting, industrial and construction industry. Prior to founding Justim, Jonas has held various management positions in organisations such as the HSBC group, Trelleborg Group, Kinnevik Group, Capacent Management Consulting and Consolis Group. Jonas holds a Master of Laws from Uppsala University and has performed studies in Business Adminstration and Corporate Finance at Uppsala University and HSBC Campus respectively.
Marcus Wallin is one of Justim’s co-founders. Marcus has 7 years of experience from the Nordic real estate industry including investment and valuation. Prior to founding Justim, Marcus worked as investment manager at Indealsia, and has previously worked with investments at NREP and as Transaction and Valuation manager at Akelius. Marcus holds a BSc in real estate and finance from KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
